Returns Policy:
Items Goods or Services you receive from Ballardsfeild are to our best intentions as described and we hope they reach you in the condition they were intended and suitable for there intended use. If you are not happy with Items Goods or Services you recieve from Ballardsfield please notify us ASAP we will do everything in our power to rectify problems. We will exchange or refund in full any disatisfied customer who have notified us of any problem within reasonable time. Please contact us a soon as you can using the details of contact on this page. Weights & sizes are estimated and can not be foreseen to an exact amount. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure goods supplied are as close to estimated description figures mentioned any weights slightly under those mentioned may be made up with other products to bring the weights nearer to those mentioned.
Cancellations Policy:
May be made and full refunds given as long as we have a clear notice of 7 days before arranged delivery times to allow us time to re-assign your goods or cancel there subsequent processing/slaughter (in the case of livestock meat products).
Privacy Policy:
Information submitted is for the strict use of Ballardsfield only & will not be released to third parties with the exception of our courier services when courier delivery service is required. We do not store financial details (credit or debit card numbers/details) submitted to us in any way.
Goods are supplied subject to availability we reserve the right to refuse, change, rediscribe or discontinue items offered for sale. Items purchased and out of stock will be refunded in full.
